Destinations

We currently deliver across Malta and to all EU member states. At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries outside the European Union.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders placed within Malta are typically delivered within 2 working days.International orders are dispatched within 3 working days, using registered mail for added security and reliability.

Shipping Rates

Local Orders (Malta):

• A €5 shipping fee applies to orders under €50.
• Orders of €50 or more are eligible for free shipping.

EU Orders:

• A flat shipping rate of €15 applies to all orders delivered within the European Union.

Order Tracking

All international shipments include tracking through registered mail.Tracking is not currently available for local orders. We are reviewing internal systems to implement a reliable proof of delivery option.

Should you wish to return an item, please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.For any questions related to your delivery or return, our support team is here to assist.
